Great service. Samuel answered all our questions thoroughly.

Drake came out to troubleshoot. Once he found the issue, he went over options to fix our unit but we decided we would go with a new unit instead of sinking more money into an eighteen year old unit. He got the new unit ordered and scheduled installation. He was very thorough and professional. Once our new unit was available, Dustin and Samuel came out early morning and had the old unit removed and new unit installed in a very timely manner. After the installation was complete, they went over everything! We were very pleased with the entire process. A BIG thank you to Big Fish for a pleasant experience and for having well trained and highly qualified technicians. We were more than pleased with the customer service we received from Big Fish. From the moment I made the phone call for service, all the way through the installation of our new unit!

When we have AC issues we always call Big FISH. They are very professional and prompt on getting the issue resolved. Tammy is very helpful over the phone and does a great job communicating where they are at on getting to the fix. Pics of the technician and installer are texted to ensure you know who is arriving. Tech came and found the issue and the repairs were scheduled that week. Highly recommend.

We did this appointment to make sure everything was good and Ray Mulhollan found a bare wire that could have been a real problem. We are so grateful for his work!

Big Fish and their tech Ray Mulholland did what they promised. They came out on time, Ray was very knowledgeable and polite and they got our system back to cooling. The leak in the system could not be found but they went above our expectations and found that our system was still under warranty even though they did not install it.

Efficient and very professional company and crew. My technician, Ray Mulhollan, is extremely knowledgeable, he performed a thorough inspection of the entire A/C system, cleaned+seviced, and provided a detailed report within minutes of completion. As usual, outstanding job!

Ray Mulhollan got straight to work and found the problem on my unit even I had pointed him another direction, he gave me the pricing up front and even gave me an option if I wanted to continue, I really appreciated that. He told me the problem and why it happened and went ahead to fix it, cleaned up the wiring and made it look better than what it was. I’m very satisfied.

Ray came out to our house. He was super quick to get the new Control Board installed; made sure it worked before he left. He was very professional. 👍

Ray did a great job. Showed me what was wrong and repaired ot quickly. I had lost power to the thermostat, which meant we had no air. He did a great job of explaining what was wrong and what had caused the problem. Everyone of your employees are fabulous. Quick response time to when I called. Best air conditioning company around.

Big Fish was recommended to us for their excellent service and they definitely held true to the referral. I called Midday on Monday and they were out mid morning Tuesday. I loved the fact that they sent a heads up notification with a photo of the technician that was coming, definitely gives peace of mind for who’s expected at your home or business. Ray was Professional, solved our situation quickly and gave us good news that it was not a major problem. Also gave us suggestions for some maintenance that are older unit definitely needs, but it was a no pressure suggestion. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

Big Fish has handled our commercial and residential issues. They could try to gouge on fixing older equipment, but they don’t. They always try to find the most cost effective way to help.
They show up when they say, they come quickly and the guys are always professional and nice. Tammy at the office will always answer and assist as well.

Was quick to come out and had heater fixed in no time.

Called Big Fish out on a chilly Saturday morning. Came out first thing that morning, took care of some repairs and wrapped up in just under 2 hours. Explained repairs and any questions I had/or asked in detail. Brandon was our technician that came out. Thank you for a job well done.
