My A/C went out on the weekend (of course). Big Fish promptly sent their technician over, and he was able to diagnose the problem. Joe was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. The cost was fair, especially for the weekend. Great people and highly recommended!

Professional, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. Happily kept me updated throughout the process. One contractor didn't want to deal with a particular issue I had with air leaks but Big Fish handled it with ease while also keeping budget in mind. I'm very pleased with my new unit. Highly recommend.

AC went out on my house The unit was very old. The tech was great and set me up for a new unit install the next day. The installers were great and explained everything they had done and completely cleaned up everything....super job!!!

Excellent service! Drake was very helpful and knowledgeable when providing options for a new ac install. My new system was installed the next day! Dustin and Books did a great job installing my new system.

We purchased a mini split for my quilt studio. Two days later the guys came to install the system. They took time to go over how to use the unit, clean it, and watch for issues. We are very pleased with the quality, pricing and installation services of Big Fish! The techs are pleasant and friendly, too.

On time guys!!
They listened to my explanation of the problem carefully—even all the side notes!! Drake gave us our options in easily understood terminology. They were friendly, polite and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I did not critique the value or quality, since at this point, we only added freon.
Update: June 2026, AC needed replacing. As usual, the guys were helpful and got it done in one day.

If you are looking to replace your existing A/C unit this year, I highly encourage you to call “BIG FISH AC” for your new unit! They went above and beyond the call of duty in replacing our old outdated units upstairs and downstairs!! That’s right! They sent the “A” team to do the job and we could not be more grateful for the work they did. They are truly an amazing organization! Enough said give them a call today and let them fix your problem!

From the initial call to job completion (AC installation both inside & outside units as well as duct cleaning & fogging), customer service was at its finest. Tammy, Drake, Brandon, Landyn, Ronnie, Scott & Brooks were all friendly & polite, communicating with me thoroughly & professionally every step of the way. They worked tirelessly in the heat with no complaints. Great company & I would highly recommend!

All the guys were very nice, well mannered, worked there butts off in the heat to replace both inside and outside units, plus duct work. Extremely pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Ray, was on time, checked whole unit, found the issue, and got it fixed. He also was careful not to bring dirty inside the house removing his boots. Beside that since my AC is old, Jacob gave me others options in well explained quotes for me to considerate in the future. Good job guys!!

Replaced capacitor on old unit. I didn’t want to spend extra for cleaning since I knew the unit needed to be replaced. They let me know my options without being pushy.
