John got our system going quick and at a moments notice!

John came out to check out AC unit and performed a thorough review checking supply temperature deltas across all rooms, supply and return delta, thermostat accuracy, along with other aspects. He found our unit to be running in optimal shape and had no recommendations. We greatly appreciate John and Big Fish’s honest employees!

Big Fish put time and effort into the proposal for our HVAC replacement. They thought through the details and were knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. The experience was professional but considerate and responsive to our questions and concerns. This was particularly appreciated given it was for our recently deceased mother's home.

John Kirk came out to replace a broken compressor on a residential unit. John was very fast with the repair and was also very thorough with ensuring the installation was successful. His expertise and professionalism were very much appreciated.

Big Fish AC did a phenomenal job today for my AC service! I called yesterday for a tune up, and they had Ray Mulhollan out this morning at 8am. Ray was very professional, made quick but efficient work, and cleaned up before he left. I am very pleased with the service!

Excellent customer service! Our AC stopped working...on a Sunday no less, so I called Big Fish per my husbands request and they were closed so I left a message thinking I would have to wait until Monday to hear back from them. A little later on Sunday I get a text from Tammy w/Big Fish saying she received my message and how could they help. She did not have to take time on her day off to reach out to me so this showed me the level of service I could expect from them! They sent a tech first thing Monday morning to fix the issue. So happy with them! Also, we ended up getting new units-one for the main house and one for the master suite. Drake came out that same day to give us quotes. He was very thorough and helpful! They started the install on that Friday for the main house and Monday on the master. Dustin came back to the house after I got home from work to help me with the thermostats. We are very pleased with everyone we dealt with from Big Fish. I would highly recommend them above any other company!

Big Fish came out to check a humming noise in the mini split. Turns out it was nothing. Drake assured me that if the fan was going out, it was under warranty but the noise is pretty normal.

Mr. Kirk was prompt, knowledgeable and expeditious in getting my AC back in operating condition. It was all finished within 2 hours of my phone call to Big Fish!

We were out of town when we found out our AC was not cooling. I called Big Fish and they came to my house and repaired my AC even though I was still out of town. John did a fast efficient job and had me up and running in no time at all. He even took the time to go through my house and turn off our window units (that we have for emergencies like this) and set our thermostat to our usual daily temperature.Thanks Big Fish for the wonderful service you provide and for taking our feelings and situation into consideration.

We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Big Fish AC. We called to get an estimate on a new unit, Drake was extremely thorough and answered all of our questions- never made us feel rushed or that he needed to hurry off to another appointment. We received estimates from 2 other local companies, it was clear that Big Fish AC was hands down a more service oriented company so we scheduled our new installation. Within a week the new unit has been installed! Dustin Wheeler, the installer, was here on time around 7:45am and by 1pm all work was completed. The guys were efficient, thorough and respectful of our property and explained everything about the new unit. We would absolutely recommend this team to anyone in need of AC services!

Great service, contacted Big Fish AC late Wednesday afternoon explained my need for a New AC unit, within a few hours Tammy in the office worked a proposal up. Thursday afternoon Drake insured the unit would match our air handler for a smooth installation that will be installed Friday Afternoon. Greatly appreciate the quick turnaround.

Dustin was absolutely amazing! He came out explained what he was going to do and then got to work. Called first thing , they went immediately over to my 85 year old dad's house to get the ac working. They were able to get it fixed within 30 minutes or so. Excellent company and people. Drake came out to troubleshoot. Once he found the issue, he went over options to fix our unit but we decided we would go with a new unit instead of sinking more money into an eighteen year old unit. He got the new unit ordered and scheduled installation. He was very thorough and professional. Once our new unit was available, Dustin and Samuel came out early morning and had the old unit removed and new unit installed in a very timely manner. After the installation was complete, they went over everything! We were very pleased with the entire process. When we have AC issues we always call Big FISH. They are very professional and prompt on getting the issue resolved. Tammy is very helpful over the phone and does a great job communicating where they are at on getting to the fix. Pics of the technician and installer are texted to ensure you know who is arriving. Tech came and found the issue and the repairs were scheduled that week. Highly recommend.
