Big Fish Cooling & Heating is a family-owned and operated company with small-town values and morals. “BIG FISH” is an acronym for “Believers In God, Faithful In Serving Him.” While Big Fish Cooling & Heating is not a typical name for a home service company, it is a constant reminder of who we are as a company, as a family, and as people. We believe success is earned and not given. We are willing to invest in each employee’s future if he or she is willing to learn. We want employees who are eager to learn with the intention to always advance. We are a growing company, and with that comes significant opportunities.
