Customers enrolled in our Maintenance Service Agreement plan will receive the following benefits:
- Two Visits Per Year (Scheduled Pre-Season in the Spring and the Fall)
- 10% Discount On All Repairs
- 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty on Repairs
- Priority Service
Our Tune-Ups include over 35 items our technician will check on your heating/air-conditioning system. The technician will review his findings with you and recommended any repairs that are required or beneficial to the operation of your system so that your system is operating as reliable and energy efficient as possible. You will receive 10% off of all repairs as well!
35 Point Service Agreement include the following:
- Verify Clean Filter
- Checking thermostat and calibrating; if needed
- Verify drain line is clear
- Checking electrical connections
- Checking safety controls
- Measuring voltage and amperage
- Measuring temperature differential
